[GAMEPLAY] Practice Tool for Viktor's Q is Innacurate and has Strange Interactions.

In the Practice Tool, the Target Dummies' tracking for Viktor's Q is producing innacurate results. Instead of tracking the amount of damage done by Viktor's Q the target dummy is treating it as if it is only a basic attack for the Last Hit and has errors in calculating DPS. I have tested this and this bug occurs with every combination of Hexcore and ability level, both with and without any additional items.

Regardless of items, damage dealt, and the amount of AP the dummy still counts the Q as a basic attack: http://i.imgur.com/QL4tMmo.png

Strangely, even though it is counting it only as a Basic Attack, it's counting it as a magic damage basic attack and the Last Hit is increased by and magic penetration: https://i.imgur.com/aE0U1xD.png

And as it is being treated like a basic attack, the Sheen line of items changes the numbers, but inconsistently. A will increase the damage that is counted by the dummy but when upgraded to it does not: http://i.imgur.com/OcQNGNk.png http://i.imgur.com/VnjTFRb.png

This bug occurs regardless of Summoner Spells and Runes & Masteries, as I tested without them, however things like Mpen. increase damage as expected from it treating the Q as Viktor's Basic Attack that does magic damage instead.
