[Client], [Game]

I have been having issues with my league of legends client recently. This issue has been causing me to scan my client over and over again. About once a week now when I try to log in, I will get stuck on the logging on screen. no matter what I do I cannot fix this unless I fix my client with the scan function. please fix this, it is very annoying. I also have been getting problems in game. Most times when I start a game, I cannot lock my camera or use abilities or summoner spells. For me to fix this I have to exit of the game AND client and log in again. There has been a time where this did not work and I had to scan my files in order to fix this. I thought that would have fixed the issue, but sadly it did not. It started happening again about a couple of days after I had fixed it. So please, if there is anything Riot can do about this, I would like you to fix this. D:
