Anyone else getting this?

I recently had a game as , and we were doing pretty well. I think i started off 3/0/1. Then, I had just ganked bot lane and recalled after securing a kill for the team. After that, however, every time I ganked mid or bot lane, my screen would flicker and eventually turn black, and when it came back on, i saw that i had been slain. This would happen EVERY time i ganked mid or bot, so i decieded to try and gank top (which i didn't want to do since there was a and he was getting pretty far ahead.) Anyway, when I went top, nothing happened. No one died and got away, but I noticed that my screen wasn't acting funny. So I tried going bot again, as jinx was really low, and then guess what? My screen did the exact same thing. I was pretty much full health and only needed to land my E, but, of course, by the time my screen stopped acting up, I was dead again. I eventually just tried to leave the game and come right back, but it still happened. I haven't played another game since that and I don't know if all of that was coincidence, a bug with 's stealth, or someone is messing with the client by hacking or something (I don't know, just a thought.) But anyways I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing anything like this recently, because it got really annoying and there was nothing I could do about it.
