[Client] Punished for dodging after champ select bug

Hello,

I was doing my ranked placements when I encountered a very strange bug in the new champ select. I was red side and my opponents had just selected their third pick Tristana. However, rather than switching control of the pick over to me and allowing me to pick my champion, the countdown for my opponent kept going down until it hit 0 and then stayed there for about 15-20 seconds without triggering a dodged game.

So my first thought after her timer hit 0 was that I had dced and the game was just slow to tell me, which sucks but it happens due to isps or whatever. So I checked my connection and found it was fine, and other people on my team (random people, I was not part of a multi-queue) messaged in the champ select lobby asking why it was stuck on zero, confirming that my connection to the game was fine. After about 10 more seconds, the pick finally passed to me, but I was unable to select my champion. I had my pick, Leona, highlighted and clicked the lock in button multiple times, but I was still unable to select.

The game then booted me from the lobby and said I had dodged. Really sucks to have this happen in my placements :( If you need any more details please respond.
