Jarvan iv bugs

so there is a bug with jarvan that has been happening to me for a year or so and its major when im about to die and i ult every time it goes on cooldown but it does no damage or create the walls i know its a bug because when you are casting ori ult or naut ult before you die it goes back off cooldown also another bug with jarvans eq not sure if its fixed havent gotten it in awhile when you eq sometimes even if u know it landed it doesnt knock them up also when you ult sometimes they just phase out of it eariler was vs a blitz i ulted him and he just phased out of it like wobbled like he was stuck inside the wall and it popped him out but the main issue is the bug where ult goes on cd it never fails it happens each and every time
