Jarvan Ult

I am a jarvan main and ever since his ult was changed i have been noticing that you can flash the damage although its a targeted if you time it correctly also talon e and kat e are you guys aware of this bug? im recording every time it happens when i get to about 10 ill upload them all for proof i think its because the aoe has to register how many targets or something so the damage is delayed unlike before i hope this isnt an intended thing like ulting well your dying and it still goes on cd but it doesn't go off
