For some reason, when hecarim uses his e, his attack speed will be reduced. It changes back to the normal attack speed after you attack someone, so I am not sure if this has any real effect but it is still kind of weird.
coz when he rams someone with his e, it counts as an autoattack
Just checking, do you mean the actual Attack Speed (As in, if you look down to where your stats are, the number for AS actually drops) or the Attack Windup?
Because of the somewhat static speed any given knock back travels, Hecarim's Attack Windup for his E appears significantly slower than it should if you built a lot of attack speed.
