Neeko Rageblade with W passive

I've been playing Neeko and enjoying her, but I came across this bug a ton and it's frustrating. Basically, rageblade will work about 50-75% of the time with her w. I went nashors->rageblade->berserker boots. How it generally should work, when your rageblade is stacked, it should be 1 auto attack into the 2nd auto which procs w. It sometimes works this way but other times it still goes with the 2 auto attack into the 3rd auto which procs w. The phantom effect of rageblade feels like it sometimes doesn't work. Also, runes I went are Lethal tempo, alacrity, coup de grace, taste of blood, and ravenous hunter.

Rageblade only procs every other hit. Meaning it will take two auto attacks to proc 3 hit passives, not one.

It's actually the same way on Diana. I think it's due to the fact that the damage is decided based on whether you've done two hits before you swing your third, or not. Rather than decided as the third hit happens. The effect is on you, not the enemy. Thereby, if your first AA is only worth "one", and the second is worth "two", it still can't proc the third on the second as it's calculated when you swing, not when it hits. It's weird, but interacts the same way with Diana.
