Yorick or Graves bug kinda game breaking as it cost you a lot of damage

Graves auto attacks will inconsistently go straight through Yorick's Ghouls, and do no damage to them, basically causing you to waste your autos and needing to reload hoping that one of the shots will go through and actually kill them, and because of that you are missing out on a lot of auto attack damage and yorick is getting free damage from his ghouls which should have been dead. I dont have an gameplay footage as a new patch came out so my replays are gone.
