Ping wheel goes the wrong direction

This has been happening all season; whenever i bring up the ping wheel, the selector thing goes in the opposite direction of my mouse. At first I thought it had to do with my mouse's position on the screen, but after trying it all over it still doesn't work. Sometimes it'll go directly opposite, and other times it'll just pick a random ping, usually the wrong one. If i stop for a moment, and wiggle my mouse a bunch it'll usually glitch back into place, but the time it takes to get it positioned correctly usually renders the ping useless. I'm not sure how easy it is to replicate this; only one of my friends has had this same issue but most people haven't noticed anything. I'll try recording a video next time i'm in game to show exactly what I"m talking about.
