Ezreal chat box bug

I noticed a bug yesterday where Ezreal's name doesn't appear next to my summoner name in the chat box. His name simply appears as (). My teammates said they saw the same thing. It happened in two games, and I was using the Pulsefire Ezreal skin, I'm not sure if that affects it somehow or not. I'll play another round with him today with and without the skin, and upload a screenshot later to show what i'm talking about.

I think I've seen that recently, now that I think about it. Pulsefire Ezreal, too.

I have seen this, but I've seen it not show up in one message then show up in the next. Can't remember what skin was being used, but I'm pretty sure it was also a pulsefire (last few ez's I've played with used that skin).
