rammus walking animation breaks

repost because I found video evidence of this bug basically, his walking animation broke one game i have no idea why instead of his normal cute hopping thing, he was permanently locked into his defensive ball curl crawling animation. it was incredibly annoying and didnt stop until the game ended.
