is not effecting the damage from tentacles. This could be only during her ultimate, or over all I'm not sure which. It just happens to be VERY apparent when she ults.

Exhaust does affect her tentacles, but each tentacle has a delay on its swing so the exhaust will pretty much only reduce the damage from the first and probably second wave of tentacles but most likely not the following ones. Exhaust reduces the initial burst damage, but not the sustained damage and i find its horrible against illaoi
