[Gameplay] Mouse not responding and Camera bug

Since the Chicago server move, whenever I load into my first game since opening the client, I cannot move the camera. I try going to the edges of the screen but it's locked on the middle. I can move my champion just fine but the camera won't register the movement. If I click on the map it only works if I double click, which leads to the second problem.

Once in game to make any left clicks work I have to double click. From the in game options menu, to the shop to even firing skillshots or using abilities. This all happens immediately upon loading in.

After the first game the problem tends to go away but it's frustrationing that I have to load into a game, either feed or afk just so I can play a proper game. And now I worry if it'll start happening after the first game that I play.

It's happened before after certain patches. The old way to make it work was to switch screen resolutions or to quit out of the game and reconnect. Those solutions no longer work.

I'm playing on a macbook pro mid 2012 running OS X Yosemite. I did not have these problems during or prior to chicago server move. I can replicate it every first game I play per day as of Yesterday around 4-5pm Central time. This needs a fix asap.
