[GAMEPLAY] Able to buy a second Commencing Stopwatch on Howling Abyss

When using the Perfect Timing rune on Howling Abyss, I have been able to buy a second--and even a third--Commencing Stopwatch from the shop. Unsure as to how breaking works, but I recall the purchased stopwatches breaking on the use of any one of them.

Steps to Reproduce: Go into game on Howling Abyss while running Perfect Timing under the Inspiration tree. Open the shop and Commencing Stopwatch is available to purchase.
