[Gameplay] Teemo, Q blind dart not working as intended

As you can see I cast the blinding dart onto Draven and the white bar showing status effects showed up, but his auto attacks still hit me for full damage. I'm not just talking about the first auto, not a single auto attack was mitigated by the blinded effect Teemo is suppose to have. He also didn't have banshee or cleanse the ability as you can see from his items. This bug happened consistently this game vs Draven.

On the blind wiki it says it blocks bear stance stun from udyr which is an ability auto modifier which leads me to beleive it should block all ability auto modifiers such as garen q nasus q and draven q. The only thing it doesn't work on is warwick ult and hextech munitions(passive) from corki

Could it possibly be because Draven's autos are actually his spinning axes ability? I don't know how Teemo, or blind works, was just wondering if this was unique with Draven, and if this might be what caused it.
