We have been having a very sad top laner recently. 
hasn't been running so freely. Minions are blocking him fairly hard. I know creep block has been an issue. Except this champ kind of does damage on how fast he goes...
Rozair1 votesThey don't even realize how much they nerfed him. No more 1.5% movement speed mastery anymore and no more zephyr. You have to build Phantom dancer just to make him do what he is supposed to do and it only gives movement speed when Enemy's are within 500 talk about retarded
