Blind Pick Lobby Bug (Very Annoyed)

This has happened to me multiple times in the past month and has resulted in 3, 5 minutes leaver busters and one 30 minute wait. When I accept a game, instead of putting me into champ select I get a black league client and have to wait through the champion select because my only option is to close league. I'm very annoyed that a client glitch is putting negative marks on my account. I also have video and pictures of the problem.
