Played several games as Annie lately aram/arurf and it seems like at least 1-2 times per game, while I have stacks built to stun on next cast and cast tibbers, it doesn't stun. Quite game breaking as that is annies move, flash tibbers/stun which gives you time to w/q and try getting out. Flash w/ tibbers not stunning just gets you melted hella fast. Sucks too because it burns up the 4 charges like the stun should have worked but it doesn't.

Ztoka1 votesHad the stun armed and ready (3 white and 1 red mark) flashed in to 3 enemies and dumped tibbers and no one was stunned. They instantly unloaded on me. No morg in the games w/ the bug. I also am aware though of a banshee veil aura look/morg spell shield look etc. None of that was active. Even if by some chance I missed seeing it or it came off cd, it would be odd for 3 enemies to have it come off cd at the same time. Happens like this at least 1-2x per game it seems.
Ztoka1 votesHappens more w/ snowball than it does when flashing. Maybe the bug has something to do w/ the snowball in aram. The bug doesn't seem to happen on SR, but then again, I hardly ever play Annie in SR.
A Time Wizard1 votesI am completely unsure about this, but i think that snowball might proc ludens? maybe the snowball is bugging annie's passive. Dont quote me on this though lol

Ztoka1 votesI've read a few other posts w/ others saying it has been happening to them also.. Unfortunately, no video to show because they aren't archived. Next time it happens though, I will save a video copy and just send it right to riot via ticket. Oh well..
