Soooo the beginning of Leona's ult animation is not showing up for me

for reference check the vid for a regular Leona ult

you see the ray of light in the middle that shines down? well i'm not getting that. took some screenshots for examples

the only thing i've done to my computer was use CCleaner, which i haven't done in a while and thought would help me a little bit with my laptop gettin hot while playin games.

faced Leona recently and she'd ult me or my carry and i'd be caught sort of unawares because of the lack of the actual ray animation, with just a red circle forming around us. not sure if there are any other lacking animations yet where other champs are concerned, but there might be which could be game changing.

anyone know how to fix this problem?
