Champ Select just froze at zero for the other team then said that I dodged queue

Champ Select froze at 0 timer for the other team, I tried saying something about it to my team, but they didn't respond so maybe it didn't go through. Anyways now I have to wait for 5 minutes because of this. Please fix your game, Riot.
