Twitch rewards aren't working

I've had my account for several years and usually the twitch rewards just pop right up. This time however, my page only does this

I refreshed several times but it's basically been me waiting about 6 hours for this page to get it together. I've tried different browsers but to no avail.

If anyone else is having this issue I manually linked my account, used different web browsers, and restarted my PC and even turned off my VPN to no avail.

The twitch loot link has been removed in client.
