[Game Client] Borderless mode does not have proper mouse boundaries under certain conditions.

I have a multi-monitor setup. A vertical secondary monitor to the left, and a primary landscape monitor in the center.

When the game just starts, or when I alt tab in and out there is no left border causing the mouse to fly out to the left screen. This has now happened to me on multiple system setups.
