[Client] New Champ Select Counter Bug

So, I decided to play ranked today, since its a new season, and wanted to duo with a friend. And twice, we had this issue occur. The counter kept counting down to zero, but after that, nothing happened, it didnt kick him, it didnt remove anyone from the que. It just sat there, at zero, doing nothing.

I have no idea how to re-create this issue, only I know that it happened twice in a row. I never had this issue until today
