Summon icons not showing or appearing.

Okay so today I started on the PBE and earlier I had noticed after buying some Summoner icons in the store, that the icons had no pictures in the store only the new icons didn't show except the old ones. Those showed up, also the icons were not showing up when I equipped them on the select icon pop up either, except the ones that were already there. Is anyone else experiencing this?
