Nunu has a glitch.

I was at the top lane and thanks to my ward, I saw the enemy jungle Nunu roam top. as I walked to my turret, I clicked my mini map to see Nunu and he was moving incredibly fast. When I looked back at my self, he was already close to me. I had to use my flash. This happened early game when I was about level 3 or 4. I don't know if it's a glitch with Nunu or the way I'm receiving information from the server but there is some kind of error. The Nunu did not have ghost. The Nunu's walking animation was rapid like a glitched Zac E (Instead of flying in the air, Zac just rapidly walks towards his target.) I don't believe that Nunu can possibly walk that fast early game. Riot please fix.

Nunu's Q provides out-of-combat movement speed.

He can run rather quickly when this is combined with Blood Boil, MS Quints, Masteries and (potentially) Scuttle Crab.

did he have the mastery for bonus ms in river or bush? ms while out of combat? did he have blood boil on ? all 3? ms quints?
