Happened in my friend's game. According to him, Riven can E then 3rd Q over the Azir wall. I don't suppose this is right mechanically? It's not like the hop cannot be interrupted.

Like a Pantheon E would sound like a "hop" to me but i know the wall stops it; the Gnar hop. literally called a hop, would be stopped by azir ult too. Then what makes Riven's hop so special that it is classified a hop?
I know it doesn't stop blink, flash , or any not targettable abilities such as Vi ult Maokai's root or Fizz trickster. But these do not apply to Riven.
Anyone care to explain the mechanics?
