[GAMEPLAY] Thresh Passive/Teemo

Hey all, I noticed a glitch/bug when playing as Thresh against Teemo. It isn't game changing in most cases, but is definitely odd. It's very easy to replicate this glitch/bug. When a Thresh kills or is near the death of an enemy Teemo, he will drop souls. Given Teemo simply has no soul, I'm not understanding why this exists. I know it's a small glitch/bug, but I was really hoping Riot could consider looking into the issue.

And maybe I'm wrong. I have a theory that Teemo's fucking existence sucks the souls of lesser beings. Just being around the little guy can drive someone to insanity. So, maybe this is not a glitch/bug, but rather intended. I still thought I'd pass it along and see what Riot says.
