Re Bug in the detailed store view of champions

Hi guys,

Found another bug with 5.9 - when you go to the store or even into the champion list via your profile and click on any champion, if you hover over the ability icons, it no longer gives you the brief info it used to. If this isn't a bug, pls bring it back! Having the at-a-glance info about a champion's abilities was highly useful!
