chat bug & ranked queue timer bug

2 bugs:

  1. in chat it's doing this weird thing where instead of chronologically displaying what each person says, its grouping all lines to the summoner. so instead of:

ABC: hello~ DEF: yo~ ABC: how are u? DEF: great! u? ABC: ya not bad

its going: ABC: hello~ ABC: how are you? ABC: ya not bad DEF: yo~ DEF: great! u?

which is a little jarring...

  1. the estimated queue time for OCE's ranked queue is permanently at 0:00 and doesn't seem to want to give me any indication of how long the queue actually will be

For chat issue:

This isn't guaranteed to fix the issue but try resynching the clock on your computer.

If the problem is happening with more than an hour difference in times being listed this may have to do with an incorrect time zone being selected and people who have manually changed their clock to account for it.

If thats that's the case look into finding a correct time zone and see if that fixes the issue, otherwise you'll have to wait for a riot fix.
