Its been four days, with not even so much as confirmation that we're working on the crashing problem

Its been four full days now that league or anything related that requires the game to launch has been not working for tons of mac users. Can we please get some clarification on whats going on, how long we think this problem will remain a problem, and if we even have an expected fixed date?

I already lost a ranked game and condemned 4 other people to defeat because of this, I just want to know it's in the process of being fixed.... Hell, If it weren't even for KateyKhaos being kind enough of to reply to me saying that she notified the proper people of the problem herself, I wouldn't even know if Riot knew about it yet!!
