Two small bugs with the community board.

There are these two bugs popping up everywhere that I've seen that aren't absolutely mind breaking, but a tad annoying.

Posts/comments always state they were made 9 hours ago. Posts are always new, even if you've read the entire forum topic more than once. You read a thread, you leave it. Come back later when theres one new comment, and all of them show as new.

Also another thing I'm not sure is a bug or not... but one you post a topic or comment you automatically upvote it. It'll show as +1'd every time. Not sure if intended, but it's pretty annoying.
