Queue gets bugged way too often

Join ranked queue, wait 2-3 times the estimated time, nothing happens.

Leave, re-join, match is found in 10 seconds.

And this happens like, half the times I queue.

This is only an inconvenience at my elo, because after 3 minutes I know something is up. But I can imagine how frustrating it would be at high elo where someone would sit there for 10 minutes thinking it's just the normal long wait while the queue is actually bugged out.
