still no help since i submitted support ticket

still can't change my name. i can't imagine that it would take someone a great deal of time to help me with a problem this small. 14091 IP yet i can't purchase the 13900 IP name change.

If you submitted a ticket when you made your post 4 hours ago, that's not nearly enough time. It will probably take about 3 days to get answered.

by then the problem will resolve itself. so eh. and i've never submitted a ticket before today, didn't know an estimated time. i'm not very patient. XP

If it will "resolve itself" why do you need a ticket?

because it'll take a day for the store to register that i've gained increased ip since yesterday. been having this issue since the day before yesterday. and it's updated since the day before yesterday. if i knew tickets got such slow responses i wouldn't have submitted one. this is also an assumption. it may not resolve itself. in which case it'll be good that i did submit one.
