still no help since i submitted support ticket
still can't change my name. i can't imagine that it would take someone a great deal of time to help me with a problem this small. 14091 IP yet i can't purchase the 13900 IP name change.

If you submitted a ticket when you made your post 4 hours ago, that's not nearly enough time. It will probably take about 3 days to get answered.
