Can someone help me with this game breaking bug

Can someone help me? I’ve ran into a bug where my UI is completely messed up in game. Healthbars dont show, everything looks funky, some parts are missing, and there is a ping menu permanently open?!?!

A temporary solution i have found is to initiate a full repair but i feels like whenever a new patch drops it comes back. I have uninstalled and reinstalled league of legends too. Has anyone ran unto this?
