FIX - Match not loading even after reconnecting?

So today I played an ARAM (but this issue is NOT exclusive to ARAM) where 2 of the enemy team members couldn't load the game until after 5-10 min or so. After the match, one of their players asked us to report them for AFKing during the match. I said no, that the loading issue has happened to me a few times before. Upon explaining how to fix it, I was called a dipshit by the player that asked me to report. :(

If your game stops loading and you exit it, hitting reconnect without actually exiting the launcher will not fix the issue. You will just end up staring at the loading screen again. You have to actually completely exit the game and launch it again. This has worked for me 100% of the time. ALSO - if a person on your team has this loading issue, and they just try reconnecting without exiting and launching again, it will appear in chat as tho they quit and reconnected over and over. Each time they hit "reconnect" it will display in chat. They'll also be at the store the entire time, but they will only see the loading screen.

You must exit completely and launch the game again in order to load correctly. I apologize if a post about this has already been made - and also if I chose the wrong topic to post this.
