Blitz E vs Kayle Ult

In ARURF, I played Blitzcrank against a Kayle, and when she ulted my Q worked against her, but not the E. Blitz would auto attack her like normal, but she wouldn't be knocked up and the E wouldn't go on cooldown. This happened every time I used my E against her [slayer-jinx-unamused]
