Orianna's ball is invisible

I discovered in-game bug, which caused Orianna's ball being invisible when attached to her. Unfortunately I didn't get to record it, because the game was very intense. I tried to find the reason in custom, but did not succeed. The ball was invisible PERMANENTLY till the on of the game, whenever it was attached to Ori. I think we can all agree this bug is pretty gamebreaking, considering the abusing potential (of course I informed both teams in the game about the bug). I was using Sewn Chaos Orianna. I expect it to be a consequenc of exact spell order, which I accidentally managed to pull off.
