[CLIENT] Failing to get into game

This happened twice today. The screen stays black and I can't proceed to the loading screen. I can still tab in and out, and voice chat still works. After I restart my PC a few times, it might work, but it often requires more than one restart, and by that time, I'm 10 minutes in. It doesn't happen every time if I'm lucky.
