Is this an Ekko bug?

The link goes to a different discussion posted by Hellarchy about 11 months ago. It did not get much attention which I found it a bit weird since this has been going on for a long time. So yesterday I was playing a game with an Ekko jungle on the enemy team. Everything was going find and playing out as expected. I was in the middle lane fighting a the enemy mid laner when Ekko came to gank. The gank didnt have much of an impact. I was able to 2v1. Then i lost vision of Ekko for like 3 seconds. When I did, I lost vision of his ghost too. I wasn't able to know where I should be stepping and where I shouldn't be because the ghost wasn't visible. Ekko then ulted and the double kill I could have gotten turned into me dying to two players who had very very very low health all because I couldn't see where the Ekko ghost was.

There is also another bug with Ekko getting killed by Mordekaiser but I don't know if this is still happening or not. Here is a link to a video of it. The only way I can explain it is basically Mordekaiser getting to use Ekko ult when he kills Ekko with his ult which makes no sense. The video explains it way better than I will ever be able to.

Edit: The game I was in expired very quickly, even before previous games I played so I couldn't download the replay.
