Honor level advansment

So I got a chat restriction a few months ago that knocked my honor level down under level 2 that I think is underserving because i didn't even flame anyone or attack anyone with words or even swear at anyone or int or troll or anything at all I literally was just playing the game. Its almost like you get punished for getting harassed in a game... at least thats what happened to me anyway. Now I got past the second check point in level 1 a few days ago but it took a VERY long time. So will i be able to get to honor 2 by the end of the season if im at the 2nd checkpoint? Its just that i put in a ton of time trying to get to gold like i do every season sometimes i get there sometimes i dont but this season i managed to do it so if i dont get the rewards because of a punishment that i believe was unjustified... i mean, you get the idea im sure. So do you think i can get to honor 2 by the end and if not than is there a way for me to get the rewards?
