Dear Riot - Last several patchs

During the last 3 updates you have released each time my FPS has dropped more and more.

before patch 7.2 i was getting 180FPS on high settings with 7.2 this dropped to around 140-160FPS. "No real complaints here"

Patch 7.3 was released and i seen another drastic decrease in FPS "120-140"FPS

Patch 7.4 was released and my game went from amazing to tolerable. 80-110 FPS.

Patch 7.5 was released and now ill go from 60FPS to a 13FPS in team fights.

no other games have been effected on my PC.

ive done the following

-Ran Hextech tool -Re patched -Re installed and updated the whole game -Unistalled video drivers -Reinstalled video drivers -made sure my MSCONFIG starts were minimal and windows only -PC runs on performance battery mode -PC theme is set for classic performance -NO other programs are running in the background -Game is now running in low spec mode. -Checked for malaware. -Ram and Video are more the sufficent to run this game. -I run no firewall.

My guess would be somthing is eating all the CPU power in my machine when im running leagues.

What is it you guys are suddenly running that is hogging up all the CPU?

(Again my others games do not do this and have seen no change in performance.)

please help me fix this issue.
