Thresh souls bug

I'm not 100% sure if this is a thing or not, seeing as how I'm usually the one playing thresh, but I think his souls are visible when you don't have vision of him? If not please correct me but if this is a thing it's annoying because if you're in fog and they see a soul they know you're roaming and it gives away your position.

You are correct. They can definitely see Tresh souls if he is not visible. It definitely gives away his position, or at least, that he is nearby. I don't think it is a bug, but it is intentional.
