Rabadon's Deathcap is broken. It's supposed to have a unique boost, but it's not unique. Multiple deathcaps give multiple boosts.
Players are aware of this, and they are abusing it.
Please repair or remove Rabadon's Deathcap until it is working properly.
Please punish all players who have been exploiting the bug.

I doubt theyll punish people for exploiting an item buy bug. Going out of your way to do something super specific to get a major advantage? Sure, you can arguably punish someone for that. But for something as simple as just buying an item? Hard to punish abusers for just playing the game. You can buy multiple death caps, always could. Nothing the player is doing is outside normal gameplay.
