Major Client Issues

Has anyone been having nonstop client bugs the past like month or so? The client freezes when trying to create a lobby, when I'm trying to lock in or ban champions in champ select. It also sometimes takes an eternity to load loot or the store. Kicks me out of champion select and slaps me with a 15 minute queue timer. Very annoying.

I'm experiencing problems with connection to the game and its not my current setup, So i'm guessing its league side that messed up something with programming or loading games. Even when i connect which was to a custom game, it was uncontrollably laggy.
