Teemo Toxic Shot + Thunderlords Decree

Currently, when Teemo auto attacks someone with Toxic shot having any levels in it, it will proc the Thunderlords Decree in a single auto attack with the damage over time.

Yeah, i think what happens is it registers the auto attack, the initial toxic shot, then the dot toxic.....

If thats supposed to happen, then how come his shrooms do not trigger thunderlords after 3 dot? Very little sense to me there lol
