[GAMEPLAY] Bug - No voice for Karthus!

Karthus has gone mute! After the last patch, I played a few games as Karthus, and immediately realized that none of his emotes produced any sound (other than his book opening.) I figured by now that someone would have noticed - I guess I'm the only person that plays Karthus anymore.

Note: I don't know if it is affecting all of his skins or if that has anything to do with it - but Grim Reaper Karthus(and all chromas) and Pentakill Karthus produce no sound whatsoever with their emotes.
