Kicked from placement game with "I agree", now can't log in

I just posted on this elsewhere, but I was kicked from the loading screen for a placement game. I restarted my computer since the black screen took over and I could not get out of it. I made it back into my game with just enough time to see the defeat screen and make it to end game chat from a "Remake" vote with my team there.

I started a normal game and got kicked mid champ select.

Now I can't log in at all.
