Loading Screen Freeze

I was stuck in loading screen for 5 min. Thought the game was loading fine, but then I am forced to restart the computer to restart league, and then I realized I lost 17LP.

Please fix this problem. This is very very frustrating, as I was watching my hour of effort climbing being washed down the drain...
