Illaoi Ult Tentacles

Lately (in ARAM) at least, doesn't seem to be spawning the correct number of tentacles when she Ults. This happened repeatedly to me in the last ARAM I played with her and when my friend played her as well.

There were several times where there were 3+ Champs in my Ult but I'd only get 2 tentacles or maybe 3.

One time I ulted the whole team and an E-Soul and only got 3 tentacles instead of the 6 that should have existed.

Now, I realize it could be a trick of perception, but after the first time it happened I started watching very carefully.

The first time it happened I got 0 tentacles on my ult ... in retrospect my ult might have been counter striked by the Fiora in the game ... but that seems really really powerful if she can shut down my entire ult with one move.

When my friend played her in ARAM a few days later I noticed it was still not spawning the correct number. Always seemed to only give 2 or 3.
